Professional experience includes standard mechanical engineering or any other technical experience with reasonable electrical knowledge. A BSME is preferred, but not required. Service Coordinator/ Customer Service: We are currently seeking for a Service Coordinator responsible for the effective management of new service orders; in addition to internal and external customer’s requests for price quotes, work orders, order changes, adjustments, cancellations, order tracking, and returns. Excellent project management skills, strong attention to detail, and analytical ability is a must; must be flexible, self-starter, ability to prioritize and juggle multiple competing tasks and demands; ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of organization; able to work both independently and as a team member in a diverse workforce. Must be detailed oriented and have excellent follow up skills. Must have previous customer service experience and the energy and desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers is a must.
